We are a small Calgary company that handcrafts MOSTLY MACARONS. We strive to bring you interesting and decadently delicious French Macarons.

What is a French Macaron?  Unlike its American cousin, which is spelled with 2 O'S and made with coconut, the French Macaron is made with almonds, egg whites and sugar. It consists of 2 delicate pillow like almond merinque wafers which sandwich a luscious flavourful filling.

What can you expect when you take your first bite of a Macaron? You will bite into the crunch of the outer shell on both the top and bottom, this will give way to a soft interior and then you will hit the flavour burst of the filling. Sublime! (and yes we take our Macarons very seriously!)
